Due to the energy transition, more work is coming our way than ever before. Soon, many more electric cars will be on the road. Houses and neighborhoods are going off-gas. And we are returning mass-produced self-generated energy. As a result, questions from our customers are becoming increasingly complex and major adjustments to the grid are necessary. Plenty to do, therefore, for project coordinators.

As a project coordinator within the MV chain:

• No two days are the same!
• You are frequently in discussion with contractors regarding the progress of your projects
• You safeguard the administrative progress of multiple projects
• You coordinate with colleagues to ensure all materials are arranged correctly and on time,
• You check any offered additional work and the PV statements
• You work in a core team alongside engineers, site managers, and, for example, land affairs
• You discuss operational challenges with your direct colleagues within your own team and come forward with creative suggestions to solve them
• If you are curious, you ask questions about what we do, why we do it in a specific way, and you challenge yourself and us to look at things differently.
• As a Medium Voltage project coordinator, you manage projects focused on fixing and preventing congestion. You do this together with colleagues and chain partners within the Medium Voltage chain. Together with them, you ensure that we keep our grids stable and expand them where necessary. With your team, you will get to work on, among other things, installing distribution stations, installing medium voltage rooms, and laying and replacing kilometers of cable.
• You don't need to master everything from day one; we are here to help you!

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:

• A gross monthly salary of up to € 5,622 (based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.
• On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or (up to max. 35.5) vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
• € 700.- (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example for your sports membership or your new sportswear.

On top of that, there is this:

• Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day. At Stedin, we work 50% from home and 50% in the office.
• You travel to the office using the public transport free-access scheme. This is a public transport card that you can also use in your free time. Or with the flexible travel scheme, where you choose, combine, and vary how you travel to work and receive an extra allowance if you come by bicycle.
• Your development is central: attending events with colleagues and following training and education. This is how you get the best out of yourself.

You have technical knowledge and, in everything you do, you think about the end result. You are inquisitive and eager to learn, a go-getter, possess strong communication skills, and easily bring stakeholders along in your plans. You are someone who likes to and is good at taking control, is decisive, and always puts safety first. Because you are at the forefront of the energy transition, you love innovative technology, get a kick out of creative solutions, and dare to ask follow-up questions. Additionally, you are realistic, open, and transparent, even when things go differently than expected; in this regard, you can count on a safe environment to express this.

Furthermore, you bring:

• HBO working and thinking level, with at least a completed MBO education, preferably in a technical direction;
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, for example as a work planner or project coordinator within the technical sector;
• A connecting personality.
