As a nurse in our internal flex pool, you are employed by St Jansdal and will be deployed to various nursing departments within the hospital. You step in wherever it is most needed at that moment. The flex pool is there for acute replacement in case of illness, busy periods on departments (peak load) AND for long-term replacement, for example in the case of maternity leave or long-term absenteeism.

No two days are the same: you work with diverse patient groups and medical conditions, ensuring your work remains dynamic and educational. This position is suitable for both starters and experienced nurses who want to apply their expertise broadly or want to develop further.

You are a valuable addition to the teams on the floor AND you make an active contribution to the collaboration and knowledge sharing within the hospital.

• A one-year contract for 16-32 hours per week with the intention, provided organizational circumstances remain unchanged, to convert this into a permanent contract.

• The salary is classified according to scale 45 (FWG 3.0) and amounts to a minimum of € 3,228 and a maximum of € 4,346 per month based on 36 hours per week.

• In addition, you will receive an 8.33% holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%.
