The role
As a project advisor for communication, you do not contribute directly to care at the bedside, but you do contribute to the connection, pride, and involvement of everyone who does. Curious how?
At St Jansdal, thousands of colleagues work every day to provide the best care for our patients. To improve our work both in front of and behind the scenes, innovation is required. And that is where you come in! Together with the project leader, you ensure that our communication projects run smoothly, are clear, and make an impact. Is this something for you? Then respond now to this wonderful challenge!
Your duties
Together with the communication project leader, you will work on various large-scale projects that keep the hospital moving. You will execute small and medium-sized projects independently. One day you might guide a group of enthusiastic storytellers, the next day you might contribute ideas for the new social intranet or organize a photoshoot for the staff magazine. You are the connecting link between idea and execution.
What you'll do
Advising and executing within the new social intranet project.
Coordinating the process of our staff magazine - from planning to publication.
Organizing photoshoots and supervising videography by external parties
Advising regarding communication for change processes and assisting with execution
Assisting in the execution of campaigns and events.
In addition to project work, you will also contribute to department-wide tasks such as monitoring the press officer's mailbox and screening social media posts. You will also have a role in the department's crisis communication structure.
Who are you?
You are an enthusiastic and organized communication professional or project employee with demonstrable communication knowledge. Empathizing with and reaching diverse stakeholder groups is second nature to you. You have several years of experience in a role where you initiated, guided, and completed projects, allowing you to shape this role completely independently. For you, change makes the work engaging. You maintain an overview, can switch gears quickly, are organizationally sensitive, and establish contact easily. Even when things are difficult, you continue to seek connection. You move effortlessly through a complex organization like a hospital. You bring colleagues along in your plans, allowing you to create support and synergy. Finally, you work in an organized manner and are collaborative, curious, and flexible!

The vacancy is open until xx. Interviews are planned in week xx. The procedure consists, in addition to a possible initial introduction, of a selection interview and an introductory interview with current employees.
