De Coöperatie Medische Staf St Jansdal U.A. (CMS St Jansdal) is looking for a pulmonologist for the Department of Pulmonology at St Jansdal Hospital (Harderwijk, Dronten, and Lelystad) as of

March 1, 2027. This concerns an appointment of 0.7 FTE in accordance with the AMS. Will you be our new colleague?

Our department consists of 8 pulmonologists who practice pulmonology across the full breadth of the field. We provide care to patients in a large catchment area in the Veluwe and in the Eastern Flevopolder. In doing so, we hold outpatient clinics at various locations, namely Harderwijk, Lelystad, and Dronten.

Our department has a large clinical ward at the Harderwijk location with 24 beds, offering the possibility of respiratory support via CPAP/BIPAP and Optiflow. In addition to the pulmonary ward, there is an AOA where the initial reception of admitted patients takes place. Within the hospital, there are possibilities for extensive diagnostics (PET scan, EBUS/EUS, and radiological interventions).

Outpatiently, we are supported by an enthusiastic group of pulmonary, oncology, and OSAS nurses.

In addition to general pulmonology, there are subspecialty directions including obstructive lung diseases, oncology, sleep-related breathing disorders, interstitial lung diseases, and infectious diseases. There are MDTs with various hospitals, such as Amsterdam UMC (radiotherapy and interstitial lung diseases), the Isala Clinics Zwolle (radiotherapy), the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek (oncology), and MST Enschede (asthma). We also participate in various scientific studies.

With an eye on the future, we are looking for an all-round pulmonologist who has an affinity for pulmonary oncology. Duties will consist of outpatient and clinical work, and the on-call shifts will be distributed among the pulmonologists pro rata.

• A one-year contract for  0.7 FTE

• Upon a positive business-economic result and mutually found suitability (positive evaluation), joining the CMS is possible for 75%.

• The salary is classified according to the Collective Labour Agreement for Medical Specialists (AMS).
