A salary according to the CAO Hospitals, scale 55 (FWG 3.0): maximum € 5,503 gross per month for 36 hours.
8.33% holiday allowance and a thirteenth month (year-end bonus of 8.33%).

The Flexible Benefits System (MKA): think of a bicycle plan, sports opportunities, purchasing extra vacation days, and discounts on collective insurance.
Plenty of room to grow via the St Jansdal Academy, also as a leader.
A group of fellow team leaders with whom you share challenges and successes. You simply are not alone.
The role
Are you looking for a place where you, as a leader, truly make a difference? For your team, and thereby for every patient on the ward? Good care begins with a team that feels seen, supported, and heard. We are looking for a team leader who builds toward that every single day.
What you'll do
You lead a multidisciplinary team and empower employees to use their strengths. Coaching where possible, directing where necessary: you switch between different leadership styles, depending on what the situation and the employee require.
Together with the team, you build a clear departmental vision and make it visible in daily work.
You are transparent in what you do. You explain what is happening, why choices are being made, and you involve your team in policy and decision-making.
You pick up what is left behind. You also clear away the difficult or less visible tasks, so that your team has space for care again.
You connect: between oncology, hematology and internal medicine, dialysis, between Harderwijk and Lelystad, and between the shop floor, medical specialists, and management.
You safeguard and improve processes, with an eye for the development of the nursing profession and the proximity of your team. You do this in collaboration with your lead nurses and clinic-wide working groups.
You are visible and approachable on the ward, and in Lelystad one day per week.
Where will you work?
The Oncology/Hematology and Internal Medicine department is located in our new-build clinic in Harderwijk. It features 22 clinical beds and a team of approximately 30 FTE, with close cooperation between the oncology, hematology, and metabolic specialties. One day per week you will be in Lelystad, so that you are also visible there and the connection between both locations remains strong.
You will join a dedicated team with a passion for the profession, with whom you will continue to build a department where it is a pleasure to work.
Who are you?
You have interpersonal insight, see what someone needs, and give attention to your team. Not only when things go wrong, but simply every day. At the same time, you are clear and honest: you do not avoid dialogue or discussion and you know that "no" is also an answer.
You are fresh, connecting, and resilient, and you are proactive. You are flexible, but you maintain course. You use your knowledge of the department to support your team, and you sense well when boundaries are being crossed. When that happens, you step forward in a timely manner.
What you bring
Experience as a team leader or manager, preferably in a hospital.
Knowledge of and experience in oncological and/or hematological care, and an affinity with internal medicine.
A completed management degree.
Enjoyment in building a department, together with your team.
Why St Jansdal?
St Jansdal is the beating heart of healthcare in the region. Here, you greet each other by name, lines of communication are short, and managers are visible on the shop floor. We work in a modern new-build clinic, take innovation and digitalization seriously, and have locations in the Veluwe and in Flevoland, with nature, beach, and city nearby.
Colleagues here easily celebrate their 12.5- or 25-year anniversaries. Not because they are stuck, but because they continue to develop and contribute every day to something that matters. That is what we mean by coming home in healthcare.
Hiring process
Apply via the application button. Address your letter to Pieter Immerzeel, Head of Clinic. Would you like to know more about the position first? Feel free to call Akke Klijnstra at 0341 – 46 3643 or contact recruitment.
An assessment and checking recent references are part of the procedure. For external candidates, a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is also required; we will request this digitally for you upon hiring and we will cover the costs.
