Because we are a small team in a regional hospital, you will deal with all aspects of our profession. A great challenge, for example, is the large-scale construction and renovation work currently taking place and still to come in our hospital. We have a good relationship across all levels of the organization and the lines within our hospital are short. As an expert, this gives you a lot of influence on the development and implementation of the infection prevention policy. We also have good contacts with many healthcare institutions in the region. Substantively, we can rely on the medical microbiologist if necessary, with whom we have a very pleasant collaboration.
