You will be working at a day activity location where clients with intensive care needs can come for a structured daily routine. The location works closely with another day activity group, resulting in a joint approach and collaboration within a specialized team.

As a supervisor, you provide support within a closed day activity group where structure and predictability are central. You guide clients throughout the day, stimulate participation in activities, and monitor safety within the group. Additionally, you observe and signal behavior, respond to this professionally, and work closely with colleagues from the team.

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, job group 45: €3,052 to €4,262 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night, and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore earns up to €41.39 per hour.

• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• You have a diploma at MBO level 4 or HBO level in the field of care and welfare, for example SPW, MMZ, or Nursing
• Experience within disability care is a plus
• You have experience with or an affinity for a very intensive target group and feel comfortable in a closed setting
• You provide structure, peace, and safety and work carefully and alertly
