• HBO or MBO+ working and thinking level (education is less important than approach and insight)

Production Leader Vacancy

What will you do?
As a Technical Production Leader, you will divide your time between the production floor and the office.
You draw energy from a smoothly running production process and know better than anyone how to optimize processes and maintain an overview.
Our production process consists of approximately 10 different operations in which a natural material is processed into a durable and certified end product.
You are responsible for the organization, planning, and ensuring the optimal running of the entire production process.
Your activities include, among others:
• Planning and coordinating
• various production processes
• Managing, motivating, and guiding a fixed team of approximately 18 FTE
• Ensuring good personnel staffing and maintaining the strong and involved team
• Monitoring quality during the production process and identifying deviations in a timely manner
• Supporting production employees with technical issues
• Managing and (periodically) scheduling maintenance for the machinery and the building
• Working intensively with other departments and reporting to management

In short: a challenging and varied position in which you are active both operationally and organizationally.
Naturally, you do not do this alone, but together with a solid team of colleagues in the office and team leaders in the factory.

About the department
The production office consists of three departments: production & engineering, COS (customer order service), and purchasing.
In these departments, among other things, all necessary raw materials are purchased, technical challenges are assessed (and discussed when necessary), work instructions are elaborated, production is managed, and transports are scheduled.
