As Production Team Leader, you are at the heart of the operation. You lead a team of operators, ensure a safe and efficient production environment, and play a key role in the further development of the factory. You will be given the space to implement improvements, develop people, and make a visible impact on the performance of the site.

As Production Team Leader, you lead a team of 18 operators and ensure that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards every day. You are visibly present on the shop floor, know what is happening, and support your team to achieve the best results every day.

You are responsible for the daily management of the team, staffing, and good collaboration with planning, QA, process technology, and the technical service. You create a work environment in which ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement are central.

Additionally, you look beyond the daily operation. You identify opportunities, take on improvements, and take initiative within projects regarding safety, quality, and Operational Excellence. In doing so, you help to further professionalize the factory and make it future-proof.

We are looking for a leader who stands firm in their shoes and enjoys working among people. You are visible, approachable, and know when to coach, stimulate, or adjust course.

You combine natural leadership with a practical attitude and feel at home in a production environment. Technical knowledge helps you be successful, but ultimately you make the difference through the way you know how to engage and develop people.

In addition, you bring:

• MBO 4 working and thinking level;

• Experience within a production environment in the food, feed, or similar process environment;

• Experience with managing, coaching, or developing employees;

• Passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement and the conviction that good leadership begins with setting the right standards

• Good command of the Dutch language;

• Sufficient command of the English language to collaborate with international stakeholders.
