• You have completed an MBO+/HBO education in logistics, business operations, or operational management.
• Experience in a production or warehouse environment, preferably in Food/Produce
• Leadership experience in larger teams

• Good command of English and preferably also Dutch

Fresh Solutions is growing - and you can grow with us! For our warehouse (36,000 m2) we are looking for an energetic Production Manager who loves to take action and bring people along in the process. You will ensure that our repacking department (such as grape tables and other lines) runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day.

• Daily leadership of assistant team leaders and indirect leadership of production employees within the repacking department
• Coordinating manual repacking activities (including grape tables)
• Ensuring efficient personnel planning aligned with production volume and seasonal influences
• Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks on the shop floor
• Implementing, starting up, and identifying process optimizations
• Responsible for the deployment and management of agency workers
• Actively monitoring and managing personnel costs, yield, and occupancy rates
• Managing based on KPIs such as productivity, quality, and costs
• Analyzing performance and initiating improvement actions
• Continuously improving and structuring processes within repacking and production
