Production Team Leader

• A full-time position of 40 hours per week
• A salary between € 3,400 and € 4,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience

What will you do?

As Production Team Leader, you lead a team of approximately 15 to 20 employees, supported by one or two foremen. You ensure that production proceeds according to plan and that your department performs optimally. You maintain an overview, adjust where necessary, and ensure that employees can perform their work safely and efficiently. In doing so, you communicate continuously with other departments such as logistics, purchasing, assembly, and quality to quickly resolve disruptions and ensure progress. Additionally, you are responsible for daily personnel management and actively contribute to improvements within the production process. Furthermore, your daily activities include:

• Coaching and developing your team
• Creating the team schedule and organizing daily activities
• Monitoring quality and progress
• Registering leave and absenteeism and guiding reintegration processes
• Contributing to improvement projects within the production organization

Who are you?

You are a natural leader who knows how to get people on board and dares to take responsibility. You maintain an overview, think ahead, and remain calm when the schedule is under pressure. Thanks to your technical insight and practical attitude, you know how to quickly get to the core of a problem and find appropriate solutions. Do you already have experience within the construction, wood, or manufacturing industry? Then that will help you to more quickly understand processes, challenges, and activities within our production environment. If you have previously worked with systems such as SAP, MES, Q-Gate or similar software, or have experience with modular construction solutions, that is a plus. In any case, you recognize yourself in the following points:
