As Team Lead Planning Glass, Cardboard and (A)PET, you are an important link in that process. You lead a team of 8 planners and ensure that customer demand, production capacity, materials, and inventory are optimally aligned. A challenging puzzle? Absolutely. As Team Lead Planning, you are responsible for production and material planning within the packaging streams Glass, Cardboard and (A)PET. You have an important connecting role between planning, production, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders.

You don't just ensure good planning for today, but also look ahead. Where are the opportunities to make processes smarter, more efficient, and more reliable? You see them, you set people in motion, and you ensure that improvements are actually realized.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Directing, coaching, and developing a team of 8 production and material planners;
• Ensuring reliable and efficient production planning for the Glass, Cardboard, and (A)PET lines;
• Continuously searching for the optimal balance between customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and inventory;
• Optimizing material planning and inventory levels;
• Coordinating with suppliers and various internal stakeholders and ensuring clear communication;
• Initiating and safeguarding continuous improvement within the planning processes;
• Bringing the team along in changes and building together towards an increasingly professional planning organization.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic leader who knows how to connect people, likes to take charge, and is always looking for how things can be done better.

Additionally:

• Do you have knowledge of ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis are a plus;
• Do you have good knowledge of MS Office;
• Is knowledge of Power BI and Every Angle a plus;
• Do you have 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
