As a Recruiter, you are the key link between talent and our organization. You are responsible for the inflow of both starters and experienced professionals within your assigned departments. You know exactly where to look and how to make the right talent enthusiastic about UPS.

You work closely with managers within the organization, advising them at both strategic and operational levels. Thanks to your knowledge of the labor market, target groups, and recruitment channels, you always know how to choose an appropriate approach. You utilize social media, recruitment tools, job boards, and your own network to reach the right candidates and retain them with us.

You handle the recruitment process from A to Z: from sourcing candidates and screening CVs to scheduling and conducting interviews. Additionally, you collect valuable labor market information and contribute to optimizing our recruitment strategies.
