A gross monthly salary, depending on your experience, between €3,500 and €5,395, based on full-time employment (40 hours per week);
Holiday allowance, an end-of-year bonus (both 8.33%) and participation in the pension scheme at ASR;
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, home office allowance, and a laptop and phone;
A total of 28 days off based on full-time (40 hours) employment; 24 vacation days and 4 vitality days, of which 1 can be used freely on or around your birthday and 3 for personal or role-oriented development;

You are responsible for the entire recruitment process from A to Z: from the first application to a smooth onboarding.
You get influence over the target groups you recruit for. Whether your strength lies in management positions, nurses, or staff positions; you determine where you add the most value. What you do know for sure: you find and retain these professionals, now or via your talent pool.
You coach and support hiring managers, so that they can offer candidates an excellent candidate experience.
Together with our labor market communications specialist, you develop initiatives that align even better with the needs and drivers of your target groups.
You focus on smart, sustainable recruitment sources: internal mobility, referrals, talent pools, and proactive sourcing. All to attract the best possible candidate, time and time again.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you have impact: with the candidates you bring in, we can offer clients the best possible medical care. Care that sometimes solves problems lasting for years. And yes, that includes challenging recruitment requests in healthcare. But within an organization with very short lines of communication, without bureaucracy. This allows you to act with the same speed as in the business world.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role;
You have recruitment experience in a complex organization where the bar is set high. We can also learn from you!
You find and retain candidates in places where others stop. You actively enter the market and constantly discover new routes to successfully fill your vacancies.
You contribute ideas to improvement projects within recruitment and come up with initiatives to further strengthen our approach.
You are positively critical and work together with hiring managers toward the best possible result.

Our stylish head office is located on the Gooimeer in Naarden, where an open and pleasant working atmosphere prevails and where you will find everything you need to work well. As a team, we are definitely in the office together on Mondays. For the rest of the week, you decide for yourself where you can work best: at one of our clinics, at home, or back in the office. Exactly what fits your schedule and arrangements.
You will start in the enthusiastic Recruitment & Development team, which is responsible for recruiting and training our (future) colleagues. The team consists of 5 Recruitment Specialists, a Labor Market Communications Specialist, 3 L&D Specialists, and the Head of Recruitment & Development. Additionally, you will regularly work with your other HR colleagues, such as the HR Business Partners. Our lines are short; we find each other quickly. You will get the freedom to run your own shop! There is therefore plenty of room to show initiative and bring in ideas.
