Searching for, finding, and never letting go of the right people. As a Regional Recruiter, you know exactly who and what our large clients need. You combine your recruitment magic with success and let our flexible workers flourish on the shop floor!

SD Worx Jobs has various large clients in logistics and industry, from Nijmegen to Breda, where dozens of our flexible workers are employed. To keep up with growth and pools, you play a key role. You are responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring talent that fits the client's vision and values. Therefore, it is also important for you to know all the ins and outs of the client.

Your duties include:

• Sourcing, finding the right people through various channels

• Managing campaigns, together with marketing

• Matching candidates with open vacancies

• Drafting and publishing vacancies

• Intake interviews, online or on-site

• Administrative support for colleagues in various systems

As a Regional Recruiter, you receive:

• A salary between €2600 and €3500 gross based on 40 hours, depending on experience and education

• €25 net internet allowance, based on 40 hours

• €45 net expense allowance, based on 40 hours

• 25 vacation days, 6.5 ADV days (or 2.5% extra salary) and a day off on your birthday

• 8.5% holiday allowance & a quarterly bonus scheme

• Lease car, which you may also drive privately

• A pension scheme, in which SD Worx Jobs pays 60% of the premium

To be able to fill this role, we are looking for someone with:

• Experience with sourcing logistics talent

• A B driver's license and the willingness to travel within the region

• Minimum availability of 32 hours
