You ensure that our large client always has the right people. From recruiting new talent to guiding flexible workers and maintaining the relationship with the client: you keep an overview, act quickly, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
This client is growing & we ensure that this succeeds! Our services are expanding and together we are continuing to build a flex pool that will grow to 100 flexible workers in the coming period.
As a Large Accounts Consultant, you are the connecting link between candidate, flexible worker, and client. You know how to find, convince, and guide talent. At the same time, you are an important interlocutor for the client and ensure that all processes are well-managed administratively.
You work closely with a fellow Consultant and the Client Manager. In doing so, you divide your activities between our branch in Venray and the various client locations in Heijen, Venray, Venlo, and Echt. This means you know exactly what is happening on the work floor and can respond quickly to the needs of the organization.
The client you work for is an international organization where English is the daily language. You therefore communicate effortlessly with candidates, flexible workers, and contact persons in both Dutch and English.
No two days are the same. One day you are conducting intake interviews with new candidates, the next day you are on location to speak with managers about personnel planning or ensuring that contracts and files are fully in order.
