• Gross monthly salary between € 3.185,- and € 4.000,- depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home office allowance per worked day.

KPMG's recruitment team is looking for reinforcement: namely, an enthusiastic campus recruiter for the Assurance target group. KPMG Recruitment consists of approximately 25 driven colleagues, divided into 3 teams: Advisory, Tech, and Assurance. The teams consist of both experienced recruitment professionals and junior team members. Together, we are responsible for filling all vacancies within KPMG. Recruitment is high on the agenda within KPMG, which provides challenges and development opportunities. You can make great strides both hierarchically and in breadth.

As a campus recruiter, you are responsible for recruiting and selecting interns and starters. You are not only the face of KPMG for candidates, but you also act as an advisor to hiring managers. After all, you know best how we can approach the right candidates or convince them why working at KPMG is so much fun! Organizing and participating in campus activities, such as in-house days and career days, falls under your responsibility. Additionally, you build relationships with universities, colleges, and study associations. Just like the number of vacancies, your development at KPMG does not stand still. There are plenty of opportunities to further develop. Within the department, there are many opportunities to develop yourself into a senior recruiter, and you will get the chance to follow various training courses.

• Developing a campus recruitment strategy and organizing events such as information sessions, career fairs, and workshops
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with universities and colleges
• Conducting interviews, interpreting test results, and making selection decisions
• Acting as a business partner for hiring managers and managing the full recruitment process
• Contributing to inflow targets, optimization of recruitment processes, and employer branding initiatives

In this role, you are responsible for the Northeast region. Our head office is in Amstelveen, where you are present one day per week, and the regional offices in Enschede, Zwolle, or Groningen, where you are present twice per week. For events on campuses within the region, you will also be regularly on the road. This makes this position dynamic with varied activities, fun challenges, and without any two days being the same. Additionally, everyone works hybrid, so both at the office and at your fully equipped home office.
