The Invaders is a creative marketing agency specializing in gaming, entertainment, and brand activation. They develop campaigns, events, and creative concepts for well-known national and international brands. For their team, we are looking for a Project Manager Marketing & Campaigns with 2 to 4 years of experience.

You are the hub between clients, creatives, strategists, and external partners. You monitor the planning, the budget, the quality, and ensure that everyone has the right information at the right time. Thanks to your overview, ideas become reality.

• Creating and monitoring project plans and deadlines
• Translating client briefings into concrete action plans
• Coordinating internal teams and external suppliers
• Monitoring budget, quality, and progress
• Aligning with clients and stakeholders
• Identifying risks and proactively proposing solutions
• Contributing to the further professionalization of processes and working methods

Someone who creates overview, takes initiative, and gets energy from collaborating. You do not have to meet every single point; we mainly look at your experience, potential, and motivation.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, account management, marketing, or campaign coordination
• HBO or WO working and thinking level
• Experience with multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Structured and proactive
• Interest in marketing, media, gaming, entertainment, or digital culture

• Salary between €3,000 and €4,000 based on 40 hours
• Working for national and international brands
