Are you a driven project manager with a few years of experience looking for a new challenge? For the service line Project & Development Services, Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Medior Project Manager to strengthen the team in Utrecht.
As a project manager, you play a central role within diverse projects. You work together with internal advisors and external partners to guide the development and realization of new construction projects, transformations, and renovations. You have already gained experience in project management and are ready to take on more responsibility while further developing yourself in the real estate sector.
Within a close-knit team of project managers and designers, you will work inside the Project & Development Services department. This growing department deals with new construction, redevelopment, transformation, upgrading, and the interior design of commercial real estate.
