Test vacancy HR employee Service Center

Are you an experienced HR employee and do you want to not only answer HR questions, but also contribute to improving processes, procedures, and service delivery? Then this position is for you. Within Stichting Humanitas, we are continuing to build the Service Center People & Organization: the central place for HR support, personnel administration, and first-line HR issues. We are not looking for a beginner, but an experienced colleague who independently advises employees and managers on employment conditions, the VVT collective labor agreement (CAO), and relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you think critically about improvements and provide an active contribution to the further professionalization of our HR services.
