WHAT WE OFFER YOU.

• From day one, we invest heavily in your skills through, for example, intensive training from external professionals in conversation techniques and following the SEU training. In the first year, you will already achieve two valuable certificates.

• A guaranteed base salary of € 2,850 to € 3,500 with a performance bonus that goes up to € 2,000 extra, meaning a total earning capacity of up to € 5,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours);

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• You actively maintain contact with companies to identify their staffing needs and translate these into attractive campaigns.
• You search for, interview, and persuade candidates within your region.
• You take ownership: you do not wait around, but instead expand your own portfolio and network.
• You are responsible for your own administration, planning, and a tight overview of all your processes. In this, you receive support from multiple Shared Service teams such as Support, HR Ops, Marketing, and Tech.
• Together with the Business Unit manager and a colleague, you set up a brand-new business unit.

As a Talent Specialist, you take charge of the complete recruitment and sales process. In collaboration with the Business Unit Manager, you will independently shape the new market proposition in practice. You perform at your best when you are given the freedom to entrepreneur, proactively build relationships, and act as a full-fledged interlocutor for both clients and candidates.
