Then this is your chance to make an impact at Mammoet! WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Payroll Administrator, you are one of the experts within our Dutch payroll team. You not only ensure accurate salary processing, but also play an active role in improving processes and guiding colleagues in a changing environment. You are the first point of contact for salary inquiries and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: Processing and checking salary data and preparing the 4-weekly runs; Pension administration and monitoring of digital weekly statements; Answering questions from employees and managers; Contact with external parties such as the Tax Authorities and pension funds; Preparing reports and calculations for internal purposes; An active role in the transition from SAP to SAP SuccessFactors, where your input is of great value. WHAT YOU NEED A completed MBO or HBO education, preferably supplemented with PDL; At least several years of experience in payroll within a complex organization; A proactive attitude and the ability to bring colleagues along in changes; Strong numerical insight, accuracy, and communication skills; Experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors is a plus; Good command of both Dutch and English.
