• You have at least a completed Bachelor's degree
• You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in recruitment, specifically in the recruitment of highly educated professionals at BSc or MSc level, at a recruitment agency or a corporate recruitment department.

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.

Your new job | About your key responsibilities
As Senior Corporate Recruiter Tax, it is your mission to attract the most brilliant assets for our Tax profiles, who will work in EY's tax advisory practice. All of this in a competitive labor market. For you, this is no problem, because the greater the challenge, the more you enjoy overcoming it.

A glimpse of the duties:

• Together with your colleagues, you have full responsibility for the entire recruitment process for Experienced Hires for the Tax service line. You get to decide how you do this; after all, you are the trusted advisor.
• You work together with hiring managers and partners and advise them on the right recruitment strategy. This is important, because you must thoroughly understand what their recruitment needs are and how to translate them into the Tax recruitment strategy.
• You utilize your network, the right tools, and innovative methods to find and retain Tax talent.
• You are responsible for the entire recruitment & selection procedure, including selection, interview, and employment condition discussions.

Our recruitment team is constantly in motion. The team of over 30 colleagues, consisting of a mix of experienced and new EY colleagues, is divided into Campus recruiters, Experienced Hires recruiters, Recruitment Support, and Employer Branding. All with different backgrounds, but with the same goal: hiring the best professionals for EY.

There is room to work independently, but also to brainstorm when necessary. You primarily recruit for our offices in Rotterdam and Eindhoven, but you can also work at other EY offices, for example, in Amsterdam. Hybrid working is a matter of course, as is room for initiative, learning, and professional development.

Our office in Rotterdam is our headquarters and is beautifully located on the Maas with a view of the Erasmus Bridge.
