Senior Architectural Project Leader

As an Architectural Project Leader at WSP, you are responsible for complex architectural projects that play an important role in the development of our living environment.

You work on diverse assignments, from a new WWTP and the expansion of water production sites to projects within the energy transition. No project is the same. It is precisely the combination of technology, different interests, and the scale of the projects that makes this work interesting.

You lead project teams, act as a sparring partner for clients, and ensure that projects remain on track technically, organizationally, and financially. In doing so, you have plenty of room to make independent choices and take ownership of projects.

• You lead architectural projects from initiative to realization.

• You lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure good cooperation between all involved disciplines.

• You are the point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• You monitor planning, quality, risks, and budget.

• You guide colleagues in their development and share your knowledge within the team.

• You think along about new opportunities with existing and new clients.

You will join a team working on socially relevant and technically challenging projects, such as:

New construction WWTP The realization of modern wastewater treatment plants where architectural, process-related, and technical issues converge.

Expansion of water production sites Projects that contribute to a future-proof drinking water supply, where continuity, sustainability, and cooperation are central.

Projects within the energy transition From energy hubs to supporting buildings and infrastructure required to make the energy transition possible.

These are projects where you can be involved from the early planning phase and play an important role in further development and realization.

You are a project leader who understands technology, but above all knows how to engage people. You maintain an overview, take responsibility, and get energy from complex projects in which different interests converge.

In addition, you possess:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Architecture or similar.

• Experience as an architectural project leader, project manager, or senior architectural advisor.

• Experience with complex utility, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

• Strong communication skills.

• A good command of the Dutch language.
