Requirements

What we're looking for

HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking towards industrial engineering, project management, or a similar field is a plus; 
At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role; 
Experience in construction or engineering; 
You work methodically and proceed with precision;
You have a customer-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and are proactive and solution-oriented; 
A team player who values good cooperation with colleagues;
Excellent command of the Dutch language, and you are also able to assist English- and German-speaking relations.

The role

Are you good at leading, planning, and monitoring projects? Do you enjoy managing a team? Do you already have experience in construction or engineering? Then we are looking for you!

What you'll do

In the role of New Construction Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the delivery of new elevator installations. What does that involve? Orders come in from sales, and you ensure that an entire new elevator is installed and commissioned. You do this through good project planning, clear communication with your client, and an efficient use of capacity and the right resources. Quality and safety are central to your planning.

As Project Manager, you lead a team of elevator technicians and subcontractors, supported by work preparers and account managers. You work in a team consisting of project managers, work preparers, project coordinators, and engineers, and you report to the Head of Operations.
