For the Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en de Krimpenerwaard, we are looking for an interim HR & Facilities Project Leader with experience in crisis management and resilience. As an organization with a vital public task, the water board falls under the new Resilience of Critical Entities Act (WWKE). Digitalization, increasing threats, and new legislation place high demands on the continuity and security of the organization. Therefore, an organization-wide Resilience Program has been launched.
Within this program, you are responsible for the HR and facilities themes. You connect policy, operations, and execution, and translate the requirements from laws and regulations into measures that work in practice. In doing so, you keep an eye on physical security, business continuity, and crisis management. You do not need to know all the subjects already. However, you are a strong project leader who switches quickly between strategy and execution and ensures that agreements actually land within the organization.
Further developing and implementing the approach for resilience and the WWKE in the field of HR and facilities
Translating legislation and security standards into practical measures
Connecting involved colleagues, management, and external parties
Identifying risks and monitoring progress
Advising management and professionals
Ensuring that agreed measures are implemented and secured
Duration of the assignment: approximately 6 months
Location: Rotterdam
Hours per week: 16-24 hours
Contract type: Secondment, no freelance (ZZP) possible
