Because more and more healthcare organizations in the Netherlands are embracing our platform and we are expanding our team, we are looking for a decisive Project Manager who delivers an absolute top experience for the customer during new implementations and successfully pulls projects across the finish line.

As Project Manager, you are the owner of our implementations at healthcare organizations from A to Z. You are not only strong in starting up projects, but above all, you ensure they are completed successfully. You take control from the first handover and only let go once the system is running flawlessly and the customer has had a seamless experience. Where we, as an organization, make a promise, you ensure that this is truly fulfilled in practice.

Just like with the rest of Sensara: we pioneer and move fast. You won't receive a closed-book manual. We expect you to show ownership, maintain an overview in the midst of the hustle and bustle, make decisions independently, and prevent projects from stalling. Your home base is our office in Rotterdam, but you will regularly be on-site at healthcare organizations throughout the Netherlands.

• Preparation & Scoping: In the lead-up phase, you provide the internal team and the healthcare organization with the right information and ensure technical feasibility for a realistic project approach.

• End-to-end Project Execution: After the signing of the partnership, you are in the lead. You draw up tight project plans, execute them, and monitor progress. You maintain the overview, ensure the project runs smoothly, and decisively pull it across the finish line.

• Stakeholder Management & Customer Experience: You are the central point of contact for the healthcare organization and internally at Sensara. You switch effortlessly between technicians, healthcare consultants, and the customer, while continuously steering towards a top experience for the healthcare organization.

• Delivery & Aftercare: You are only satisfied when the project is truly established and the customer is enthusiastic. You are responsible for the flawless technical and functional delivery and a warm handover.

You are an organizational talent with IT knowledge who flourishes in a dynamic scale-up environment. You have a proactive attitude, always put the customer first, and do not rest until the project has been brought to a successful conclusion.
