It saves us both time: without a nursing diploma and a valid BIG registration, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients do not allow you to work without registration. If you have a foreign diploma, we need your BIG recognition. The rest of the requirements are listed under Does this suit you.
Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?
That is possible, and your irregularity allowance simply continues. A Sunday shift yields up to €41.60 per hour.
This assignment runs from the beginning of November until the end of December, 20 hours per week, at one location in Boekel. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant re-onboarding.
You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.
You will be working within a residential setting for adults with autism spectrum disorder and/or psychiatric issues, sometimes in combination with a (mild) intellectual disability. Clients need structure, clarity, and support with, among other things, emotion regulation, social interaction, and personal development. Safety, proximity, boundaries, and a stable living environment are central to this.
In your guidance, you take into account both the psychiatric issues and the intellectual and emotional developmental level of the client. Clients require a lot of support in structuring and planning their day, following a daily program, and making appointments. When the structure and expectations are clear, many clients can function relatively independently. Almost all clients participate in activities at an activity center on the premises for several half-days per week.
ADL care is also an important part of the guidance. Depending on the client, you will provide support or take over the care partially or fully. Additionally, you support clients in their contact with fellow residents and offer warm care, proximity, and safety. You work in a de-escalating manner and have an eye for both somatic and psychiatric changes.
You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance. You will be employed by GOED. on a secondment basis and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.
- Salary in accordance with the CAO Mental Healthcare, scaling in job group 45: €3,180 to €4,273 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026.
Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience.
- 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore yields up to €41.60 per hour.
