As a Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for the full recruitment process. You work closely with hiring managers, build sustainable relationships with talent, and ensure that candidates have an excellent experience throughout the entire process. Additionally, you help further professionalize our recruitment approach by smartly utilizing innovative recruitment technologies and AI solutions.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you are the connecting link between candidate, hiring manager, and business. You delve into the needs of the organization, map out the required skills and competencies, and translate these into an effective recruitment strategy.

You guide candidates from the first introduction to the signing of the contract and actively think along about their potential within the organization. In doing so, you look beyond the vacancy alone and investigate which opportunities best align with the candidate's ambitions.

• Guiding the full recruitment process from intake to offer.
• Advising hiring managers on labor market developments and recruitment strategies.
• Finding, approaching, and exciting suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Proposing candidates to the business and guiding follow-up steps.
• Organizing and representing Capgemini Invent during recruitment and networking events.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pool.
• Applying AI tools and data-driven recruitment methodologies to further optimize sourcing and selection.
• Thinking along about employer branding and the positioning of Capgemini Invent as an attractive employer.

• At least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.
• At least 3 years of experience as an all-round Corporate Recruiter, including demonstrable experience with sourcing scarce profiles.
• Experience with applying AI within recruitment processes, for example for sourcing, talent intelligence, or recruitment marketing.
• Experience with ATS systems; experience with SuccessFactors is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week.
• A proactive, energetic, and result-oriented attitude.
• The ability to switch gears quickly and easily build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
