• A gross monthly salary depending on your knowledge and experience:

Medior: €4,374 to €5,500 gross per month;

Senior: €5,500 to €6,642 gross per month.

IHC Equipment delivers high-quality equipment, automation solutions, spare parts, and services to customers worldwide. To support our growth ambitions and take further steps in project control and capacity management, we are looking for a Senior Project Planner.

In this new role, you are responsible for developing and implementing resource-loaded planning within the Equipment organization. You translate demand from projects and orders into insightful capacity and resource plans, identify risks, and support management with reliable forecast information. In doing so, you make an important contribution to the further professionalization of project control and the predictability of our operations.

You work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you support the further development of planning and forecasting processes within Equipment. The position is part of the Project Management Office (PMO).

• Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated resource-loaded project plans for Equipment projects, by:
• Translating project scope, work packages, and milestones into a realistic and manageable plan.
• Forecasting resource needs and analyzing capacity demand in the short and long term.
• Identifying capacity bottlenecks, planning risks, and deviations, and advising on improvement measures.
• Monitoring project baselines and analyzing the consequences of changes, additional work, and delays.
• Monitoring progress, critical paths, and project performance and reporting on these to project teams and management.
• Providing reports for the purpose of project control and decision-making.
• Supporting project managers with planning issues and scenario analyses.
• Initiating and realizing further professionalization of planning, forecasting, and project control within Equipment.
