Pay & benefits
What you'll get
All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:
A gross monthly salary of at least € 4,485 and at most € 7,124 (based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.
On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or (up to max. 35.5) vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
An annual € 700 (gross) sustainable employability budget to spend on your own energy, for example for your sports membership or your new sportswear.
On top of that, there is this:
You travel to the office using the public transport free-access scheme. This is a public transport card that you can also use in your free time. Or with the flexible travel scheme, where you choose, combine, and vary how you travel to work and receive an extra allowance if you come by bicycle.
Your development is central: attending events with colleagues and following training and education. This is how you get the best out of yourself.
The role
Set the clock right in the port area: as a senior project planner, you sharpen schedules, spot deviations early, and elevate high-voltage projects to a professional level.
As a senior project planner within the Port Area cluster, covering the Rotterdam and Voorne-Putten areas with the Spijkenisse project office, you play a key role in the delivery process of complex high-voltage projects. You provide overview and structure in projects with multiple stakeholders and are responsible for drafting, monitoring, and professionalizing project schedules. Think of large reconstructions, customer connections, feasibility studies, and alternative studies with a focus on high voltage.
A day as a project planner:
What you'll do
From home or from the office, you open Microsoft Project and update the integrated schedules of ongoing high-voltage projects in the port area.
You analyze progress, signal deviations, and discuss with project leaders and engineers which corrective measures are necessary.
In meetings with the project team, portfolio management, and project control, you work on a uniform planning methodology and coordinate dependencies and handovers between disciplines.
After lunch, you visit a project office or project site to test the schedule against practice together with the execution team.
You conclude the day with reports on lead times and portfolio developments, and bring colleagues along in the importance of professional planning.
How you'll work
You work flexibly: partly from home, partly at project locations, and partly at the office.
