Residential Care Coordinator/EVV - 32 hours

On the Duinroos ward, somatic residents live independently, but extra structure is provided if needed. Do you have an affinity for this? We would love to meet you.

As a residential care coordinator, you coordinate care and well-being and ensure continuity. During your shift, you are responsible for the individual care plan and are the person clients, family members, and staff can approach with questions.

The care and nursing of clients is, of course, part of your task as a residential care coordinator. In doing so, you adhere to the agreements made in the care plan.

You play an important role in the team in which you work, stimulate collaboration, and commit yourself to a good working atmosphere. You guide and support students.

WoonZorgPark Loosduinen is a care center with one- and two-room apartments and all kinds of facilities that are also accessible to the neighborhood. Because of this, there is always life and conviviality. In Loosduinen, elderly people whose memory is declining to a light or stronger degree are also welcome.

You will preferably work day shifts, and on Wednesdays, weekends (alternating), and public holidays.

• You have an mbo diploma in nursing level 3 IG with EVV training or a comparable diploma 

• Are you a residential care supervisor who wants to perform supportive tasks and wants to do the EVV training for (one) year, then we also invite you to apply. 

• You have an affinity with elderly care and with the somatic target group 

• You are creative in thinking of solutions 

• You encourage residents in taking and maintaining their own autonomy  

• Salary in FWG 40 VVT collective labor agreement up to max. €3,864.43 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week 

• You are entitled to an allowance if you work irregular shifts (ORT). The percentages depend on your hourly wage and the time at which you work an ORT shift, ranging from 22% to 60%  

• Pension accrual at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus
