The role

What you will do

Do you work evenings and weekends without seeing anything in return for it?

With us, yes. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour. And you decide for yourself whether you work it.

In Lelystad and the surrounding area, new shifts become available every week. You choose which ones you take and how many. No fixed schedule that you have to conform to. Choose today, work tomorrow.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

The activities take place within a small-scale intensive residential care environment where six clients live. The clients have a moderate to severe intellectual disability and require intensive support throughout the day. Work is carried out within a home-like setting in which clients live together and supervisors play an active role in the daily rhythm. The living environment requires physical effort, as clients use sleeping quarters that are accessible via stairs and facilities are used collectively. Within the team, safety, predictability, and personal attention are central.

You provide intensive support to clients in their daily lives and ensure a safe, predictable, and familiar environment. The duties include:

  • Guiding clients throughout the entire daily structure
  • Providing verbal and physical support during daily activities
  • Performing ADL tasks and personal care
  • Guiding clients during eating and drinking moments
  • Collaboratively shaping individual and group-oriented daily activities
  • Identifying changes in behavior and acting appropriately upon them
  • Contributing to a safe and stable living environment

The guidance is intensive and requires proximity and alignment with the pace and needs of the clients.

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV, administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy. Even if you are not yet sure if you are staying.
  • Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
  • A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
  • Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
  • A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

Does this suit you?

  • You have an MBO level 3 or 4 diploma as a supervisor or Verzorgende IG (Individual Healthcare Provider)
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
  • You have an affinity for clients with a moderate to severe intellectual disability and feel comfortable in a setting where intensive guidance and proximity are central
  • You are resilient, radiate calmness, and provide structure, even in situations where aggression may occur
  • You are patient and guide clients respectfully and supportively throughout the entire day
