As a supervisor within disability care, you provide daily guidance and care to clients with various levels of intellectual disability, SLD, MLD, LLD, or ELD, and additional issues such as autism or psychiatric disorders. You offer intensive guidance tailored to the individual needs of the client and work with methodologies such as Active Support and signaling plans. Your duties include:

• ADL support, from full takeover to partial assistance with personal care
• Providing structure, supporting the maintenance of skills, daily activities, and household tasks
• Tailored guidance; some clients require one-on-one guidance where you work according to signaling plans
• Medication administration according to protocol, taking specific medical points of attention into account
• Organizing activities, such as coffee drinking, cooking, and leisure activities
• Collaborating in a team and functioning independently where necessary

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• A completed mbo or hbo degree in the field of care and welfare, for example SPW, MMZ, or Nursing
• Experience with complex target groups or in care-intensive locations
• You can work independently and are quickly deployable, so that the onboarding load for teams remains limited
• You are willing to offer structural commitment, so that the number of changing faces for clients remains limited
