The role
description
Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?
That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.
This assignment runs for a longer period, 28 hours per week, at one location in Hoogvliet Rotterdam. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.
You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.
It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.
What you will do
You will be working within a residential care facility where eight aging clients with severe multiple intellectual disabilities live. All clients are wheelchair-bound and fully dependent on care and support. The support is focused on a safe, familiar, and homely environment, where experience-oriented care is central.
Clients enjoy personal attention and activities that connect with their world of experience, such as walking, singing together, or participating in simple household tasks. On weekdays, clients go to day activities; on weekends, activities are organized at the residence.
Intensive ADL care is provided within the location, using a passive ceiling hoist and aids such as a bath mat or bath stretcher. Additionally, nursing procedures may occur, such as catheter care, tube feeding via a jejunum tube, and administering an enema. Support from qualified colleagues or a mobile nursing support point is always available when needed.
Your duties include
- Performing intensive ADL care, including washing, showering, dressing, and transfers using a ceiling hoist
- Supporting during eating and drinking moments, from guidance to full assistance
- Providing experience-oriented support through activities, walks, and individual moments of contact
- Identifying changes in health, behavior, and well-being and responding to them adequately
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe, homely, and pleasant living environment
You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.
You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.
What you earn
- Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
- 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.
How it works when you apply
- You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
- You will hear from us within one working day.
- You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
- In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
