Skills
Stichting Kwintes is hiring for this role in several places. This vacancy is in the Netherlands.
This job advert was originally written in Dutch.
The role
As a residential support worker, you provide personal support to (young) adults aged 18 to 72 with diverse mental health challenges, such as autism, susceptibility to psychosis, addiction issues, or personality disorders. You are there at the moments that matter: you notice changes in behavior, provide structure, and help clients gain control over their lives. You work from a support plan, but also respond to what is needed at that moment. Think of cleaning the home together, helping with cooking, or providing support with finances and social contacts. You build a bond of trust with clients and know how important it is to communicate from a position of equality. You supervise medication, register carefully, and contribute to reports. You work in alternating shifts, including weekends, and are part of a close-knit team where there is room for humor, depth, and creativity. No overcrowded daily schedule, but rather the freedom to truly connect with the client's specific needs. Whether you enjoy sports, cooking, or being creative, your talents are valued here.
