To take the worry away from colleagues during their journey to their destination, we need you! Together with your colleagues from the Travel Support team, you are the point of contact for everything related to travel: from flight tickets to hotels, from transport to last-minute changes. No two days are the same - flexibility, overview, and quick thinking are key in this position. WHAT YOU WILL DO As Travel Coordinator, you are our own internal travel agent and are involved from A to Z in organizing travel for our colleagues. You do this in an accurate and, of course, cost-efficient manner. You handle travel requests from colleagues. You book tickets and accommodations according to the Mammoet travel policy. You proactively provide information, guidance, and support to colleagues regarding their travels. You are critical and think along about solutions for last-minute changes. You communicate and consult with colleagues about developments within the travel industry. Finally, you are responsible for correct administration, such as checking invoices. WHAT YOU NEED You possess a working and thinking level at MBO 4 level, preferably in the direction of tourism, hospitality, hotel management, or a similar education. You have at least 6 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. You are available 28 hours per week and are willing to work extra days during the absence of colleagues. The regular working hours are from 08:30 to 17:00. You have experience with a GDS program. Experience with Amadeus is a plus. You have a sharp eye for detail, work accurately, and know how to organize tasks well. You are fluent in both Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
