Do you want to work with children, but don't have the right diploma yet? With Humankind's BBL track, you combine learning and working. You follow the Specialized Pedagogical Staff level 4 training at Yonder in Tilburg and, in addition, work 20 to 27 hours per week at one of our locations.

You learn the profession directly in practice, gain valuable work experience, and receive a salary. The training has a fixed lesson day on Friday, so you know exactly what to expect.

The chance to start working as a pedagogical professional in approximately two years.

• A paid training to become a pedagogical staff member (level 4), fully reimbursed by us.
• Working a number of days per week in a daycare center or after-school care, with 1 day of lessons per week.
• Start with a salary of € 2,555.- gross per month, based on a 36-hour work week (Scale 5 CAO Kinderopvang).
• Meaningful work in a dynamic environment.
