The role

What you will do

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

This assignment runs for a longer period, 32 hours per week, at one location in Hoorn. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

You will be working within a modern residential location where (young) adults with non-acquired brain injury and/or a physical disability live independently in their own apartment. From a central office on the location, they receive guidance and ADL support, whereby as much as possible is based on their own autonomy and independence.

The residents generally function at a relatively high level and can often clearly indicate which support they need. However, there may be memory problems, disinhibition, limitations in planning and organizing, or additional psychiatric issues. Some residents also have a physical disability or communicate using a speech computer.

The duties consist mainly of ADL care, medication administration, and guidance with daily personal care. Work is carried out in day and evening shifts, where at least two colleagues are always present. For nursing technical procedures, such as bladder and bowel irrigation, a qualified employee is always available. Good to know: lifting aids and other care tools are used at the location. Additionally, pets, such as a dog or cat, may be present in the residents' apartments.

Your duties include

  • Supporting ADL activities, from verbal guidance to full takeover of care
  • Administering and recording medication according to protocol
  • Guiding and supporting with eating and drinking
  • Working with aids such as ceiling lifts, shower chairs, and shower commodes
  • Observing, signaling, and collaborating with colleagues to provide appropriate care and guidance

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
  • A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.
  • One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
  • Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
  • If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.

Does this suit you?

  • A diploma in mbo assistant or Caregiver IG level 3, or higher
  • Experience with ADL care and working with clients with non-acquired brain injury and/or a physical disability
  • A valid BHV certification, or willingness to obtain it
  • Experience with administering medication
  • Experience working with lifting aids or the willingness to master this quickly
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
