The role

description

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

This assignment runs through the end of December with the possibility of extension, 30 hours per week divided over four days from 08:45 to 16:15, at one location in Haarlem. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

What you will do

You will be working within a day provision for children, where development, safety, and well-being are central. The children have diverse and sometimes complex care and guidance needs, which can make the guidance intensive and requires patience, resilience, and a professional attitude.

Throughout the day, children are supported in their development and daily activities. Depending on the care needs, ADL care may also be part of the guidance. Additionally, you provide support with, among other things, eating and drinking and ensure structure and a safe environment. In tense situations, de-escalating methods are used, with attention to both the individual child and the group.

There is close cooperation with parents and caregivers, who are actively involved in the guidance and development of their child where necessary. You will work within a dynamic and committed team, in which appropriate care, personal development, and a sense of safety for every child are central.

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance. You will be employed by GOED. on a secondment basis and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

- Salary in accordance with CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 assistant, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
- 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night, and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.
