Pedagogical Staff Member

• In possession of a child-oriented diploma in Pedagogical Work level 3 or specialized Pedagogical Staff Member level 4
• Language proficiency at level 3F or willingness to obtain this (mandatory in childcare from January 1, 2025)
• Certificate for working with babies is required from January 1, 2025

• Depending on experience, a salary between 2,539 and 3,489 (scale 6 CAO Kinderopvang)
• 8% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus of 4%

For one of our clients Sam en Kids, a daycare center in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, we are looking for pedagogical staff members. You will strengthen the team in the baby group, toddler group, and after-school care (BSO). As a pedagogical staff member, you are responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for the children, in which they can develop optimally.

• Strong communicator and able to communicate effectively with both children and colleagues
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive team dynamic
• Good observation skills to be able to monitor the needs and development of the children
• To have a heart for children and be passionate about providing the best possible care and support
