The role

In an ultra-modern dock hall and well-equipped workshops, we have space for yachts up to 160 meters, both new builds and refits. Through a mix of experience and innovative knowledge, we build the most beautiful and largest yachts here.

As Project Coordinator Refit & Service at Feadship, you are the linchpin in the successful management and execution of exclusive refit and service projects for the world's most leading yachts. You combine technical insight with strong project management and ensure that every vessel is delivered to the owner in absolute top condition.

What you'll do

The operational coordination of warranty and/or service projects of medium complexity with increasing responsibility for customers and budget, including managing the relationship with suppliers and strategic partners. The Project Coordinator oversees all phases of a project to ensure that all involved parties, both internally and externally, adhere to the agreements made. The most important aspects in this are specification, quality, budget, and time.

The project coordinator's role in this process comprises four core areas:

  1. The linchpin (Coordination & Communication): The coordinator forms the daily connecting link between the shipyard (shipbuilders, interior builders, and engineers), the designers, external co-makers/suppliers, and the owner's team (such as the captain and the owner's representative).
  2. Progress and Time Monitoring (Planning): A Feadship construction process is a multi-year trajectory with thousands of interdependent steps (hull construction, outfitting, technical, painting). The coordinator monitors the master planning and ensures that all disciplines deliver at exactly the right moment to prevent delays.
  3. Quality and Compliance Oversight: Feadship stands for absolute top quality. The coordinator ensures that all activities comply with the strictest maritime standards, classification regulations, and legislation, without making concessions to the unique aesthetics and technology.
  4. Financial & Scope Management: Managing the budget and accurately processing any changes (change orders) in the design or specifications fall under the responsibility of the coordinator, so that the project remains financially and contractually balanced until the final delivery.

What you bring

Your skills

  • Strong in coaching, decision-making, and collaborating.
  • You are focused on cooperation, both internally and externally, and you have an eye for different interests.
