You are available for a period of at least 5 months, during which you want to intern between 24 and 40 hours per week. This is what you will do as an Intern: Recruitment - Human Resources

Ready to be part of a dynamic Recruitment team within the HR department? During this internship, you will get the chance to engage in organizing events, recruiting interns, and developing campus recruitment strategies. You will also be involved in the intake of BBL apprentices and regularly consult with practical trainers to coordinate recruitment events at schools.

The Recruitment team acts as a valuable and versatile business partner for hiring managers and the business, with the aim of ensuring a qualitative intake of new employees. During this internship, you will participate fully as a full-fledged team member and make a direct contribution to our recruitment objectives.

This is what you will do as an Intern: Recruitment - Human Resources

• Support in organizing recruitment events: Helping with the planning and execution of events such as career fairs and presentations at schools.
• Assist in the recruitment process: Providing support in screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Campus Recruitment: Collaborating on the setup and execution of campus recruitment activities to attract talent directly from educational institutions.
• Interns and BBL intake: Contributing to the recruitment and selection of interns and BBL apprentices, including maintaining contact with training institutes.
• Communication and collaboration: Regularly consulting with practical trainers and other stakeholders to coordinate recruitment activities.
• Data analysis and reporting: Supporting the collection and analysis of data for recruitment reports and the improvement of recruitment strategies.
• Administrative support: Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate files and processing applications.
• Employer Branding: Collaborating on the development and execution of strategies to increase the visibility of the organization and strengthen employer branding.
• Research and innovation: Contributing to the identification of new recruitment channels and the implementation of innovative recruitment methods.

You are able to travel to our locations in Amsterdam and/or Kaageiland. Since Kaageiland is poorly accessible by public transport, it is necessary that you can reach this location by bicycle or car. You will intern 3 to 5 days per week and participate fully in our Recruitment team.

There is room to successfully complete your internship assignment. You will receive guidance from a permanent mentor and work together with the best professionals in the field.
