Check in for your next career step: project controller at KLM! In this role, you will be involved in the financial side of our real estate projects, contributing ideas to strategic issues. In this way, you contribute—directly or indirectly—to a well-oiled organization and unforgettable flights.

You have an advisory and steering role when it comes to drafting business cases for new real estate projects. This means that, among other things, you map out financial consequences, as well as all other relevant aspects of the project. You prepare project budgets, monitor financial progress, and provide analyses. In this process, you are the key person between the business and the responsible (project) manager.

• you make an active contribution to various change projects;

You enjoy solving financial puzzles and finding solutions for large investment issues. In doing so, you do not shy away from a robust discussion, while always keeping the collective interest in mind. Furthermore, you are continuously looking for ways to improve and digitize processes. Working independently suits you well, but collaborating is also no problem: you are socially skilled and ensure that you are visible within the organization.

Furthermore:

• you have an HBO or university degree in Finance & Control or Business Economics;
• you have already worked for more than five years as a business or process controller;
• you know how to work in a project-based manner;
• you are familiar with Sharepoint, Spotfire, and Power BI;
• you speak and write Dutch and English well.
