We are looking for a Technical Servicedesk Coordinator. In this role, you are the central point of contact for facility reports, malfunctions, and service requests. You ensure that reports are registered, followed up on, and resolved in a timely manner, so that our locations can continue to function optimally. • Acting as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Dispatching malfunction repairs to external parties.
  • Planning and monitoring service visits and activities.
