• The salary for this position is between €5639 and €8107 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

Are you the Project Coordinator who takes complex non-residential construction projects to the next level?
Whether it concerns a town hall, a school building, or a technically challenging office building; you maintain the overview, bring people together, and ensure that the preparation runs smoothly from start to finish. You are the connecting link between the project manager and the work preparation team, ensuring that everyone is working on the right things at the right time.

As a Project Coordinator Non-Residential Construction, you are responsible for the coordination of the complete work preparation of complex construction projects. You work closely with the project manager and lead a team of work preparers on a daily basis. In doing so, you are not only involved in the content, but you also monitor progress, planning, and mutual cooperation within the team.

You ensure that tasks are well distributed, keep an eye on deadlines, and signal bottlenecks in a timely manner. Thanks to your overview and organizational skills, the project preparation stays on track and colleagues can perform their work optimally.

In addition, you are personally involved in the technical aspects of the work preparation. You coordinate procurement processes, monitor engineering, and ensure that architectural, structural, and installation engineering disciplines align well with each other. In doing so, you manage quality, planning, and costs, and ensure a smooth transition to execution.

You are an important sparring partner for the project manager and have regular contact with clients, advisors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Through your technical knowledge and natural leadership, you know how to connect people, accelerate decisions, and successfully prepare projects.

In short: you are the working foreman of the work preparation team. You maintain the overview, provide structure, and ensure that complex non-residential construction projects are optimally prepared towards execution.
