Project Coordinator in the Netherlands

• A gross monthly salary (based on 40 hours) of € 4,800 to € 6,600 - based on your background and experience

• A position for 32 to 40 hours per week

Extensive experience in all facets of work preparation for civil engineering projects? For our regional projects in the South region (Dordrecht), we are looking for a project coordinator to help build our technical masterpieces. Think of projects such as the construction of a new railway underpass in Schiedam, a sewage treatment plant on Goeree-Overflakkee, or a new energy substation. Will you help build the infrastructure, water quality, and energy transition of your region?

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator with a passion for the profession. You are the hub in our projects; the link that effortlessly connects design, execution, and project control. You bear the responsibility for the preparation and supervision of our civil engineering works. You manage the work preparation and serve as the right hand to the project manager.

As a project coordinator, you and your team ensure a buildable design and timely execution of the project. You actively contribute to safe project realization. You work intensively with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers; in doing so, you are their primary point of contact. Finally, you monitor the contract and costs, identify and register changes, and demonstrate entrepreneurship within your field.

You work together with various colleagues on the project, with whom you share your knowledge and experience. In this role, you support work preparers and trainees in their development. And because we are a large company, you contribute not only to the success of your own project but also to the development of work preparation within the entire organization. Our work preparation department meets regularly to share knowledge and exchange experiences.
