The role
Are you that construction work planner who loves to take the reins and do you want to contribute to complex, but especially challenging renovation and transformation projects in non-residential construction? Do you like working together with a close-knit team on leading projects in the Rotterdam region and surroundings? Then we would love to get in touch with you!
What you'll do
As a non-residential work planner, you are the connecting link between design, preparation, and execution. Thanks to your organizational talent, technical knowledge, and foresight, you ensure that our renovation and transformation projects run smoothly. From preparation to delivery, you maintain control over the planning, quality, costs, and processes.
You are responsible for drafting and monitoring the project planning and ensure that all disciplines connect seamlessly. Additionally, you coordinate with colleagues, clients, advisors, suppliers, and subcontractors, so that everyone has the right information at the right time. You also prepare purchases, monitor financial progress, and signal opportunities and risks in a timely manner.
Within our projects, it is not just about technique and execution, but also about the users of the buildings. Whether it concerns a monumental building, a hospital, or an office building in use: you understand better than anyone how important good preparation and clear communication are. Thanks to your commitment, projects can be realized safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact for users.
Together with project managers, site managers, and other construction professionals, you work on challenging projects where no two days are the same. You will receive a lot of responsibility, actively think along about improvements, and contribute to innovative solutions within our projects.
