• The salary for this position is between €3,974 and €6,169 gross per month for a medior and between €5,005 and €7,195 gross per month for a senior (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. Depending on your knowledge, level, and work experience, an upward adjustment is possible.

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you a contract for an indefinite period after a 2-month probationary period.

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As an estimator, you are ready for a new step in your career. Your strength lies in sharp pricing, objective cost indications, and your knowledge of residential and non-residential construction. You play an important role within the team regarding the pricing of our (stacked) residential projects, area developments, and non-residential projects. You are completely at home in this and present a complete, realistic, and feasible proposal to the customer with conviction. From the initiation phase through to execution, you steer us in the right direction.
No matter how complex the project is, you create a clear risk analysis, advise on the construction methodology, and look at how we can set the price even more sharply. We like to listen to a specialist like you, and therefore you will also get the space to think along about various processes, digitalization, and standardization within our pricing professional group. At Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Rotterdam, you will help calculate tenders and construction teams, with a project scope between 10 and 120 million euros.
