As Project Coordinator, you ensure that projects are executed in a controlled manner. You monitor progress, finances, risks, and quality, and provide the project team with reliable information to make timely and well-founded decisions.

You will work from our office in Deventer or at one of our project locations. In your role as project controller/project coordinator, you work closely with colleagues from technical management and environmental management. Together, you ensure good coordination, a structured approach, and controllable project progress.

You focus on the integrated control of projects for the installation and replacement of cables and pipelines. You monitor the coherence between planning, finances, risks, quality, and project goals, and translate project data into clear management information. In this way, you help the team maintain a grip on progress and results.

Together with other project coordinators and project controllers, you work on the six pillars of project control:

• Money: You monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and financial progress, and signal deviations.

• Risk: You map out risks and opportunities, keep risk files up to date, and monitor control measures.

• Organization: You map out roles, responsibilities, and dependencies, and support the coordination between disciplines and the follow-up of agreements.

• Time: You monitor the schedule, milestones, and progress, signal deviations, and visualize the consequences for lead time and project goals.

• Information: You collect and analyze project data and translate this into clear reports and reliable management information.

• Quality (Scope): You monitor the quality of project information and contract documents and signal deviations from agreements, requirements, and processes. You monitor the project scope and signal changes, including the consequences for time, money, risks, and quality.

You work analytically and structured, look ahead, and visualize not only deviations but also their causes and consequences. As an important interlocutor for the project team, you help to signal risks in a timely manner, take appropriate measures, and execute projects in a predictable and controlled manner.

• An HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level; an assessment may be part of the application process;

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;

• Knowledge of the Integrated Project Management (IPM) model is a plus;

• Well-developed communication skills;

• Knowledge of the infrastructure sector is a plus;

• Driver's license B.

• An employment contract of 40 hours per week with a good and appropriate salary;

• A one-year contract with a view to a permanent position;

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days on a full-time basis, so that you have sufficient time to relax or go on holiday;

• Everything you need to perform your work well, including a laptop, phone, and lease car;
